Senior Wise is a free program designed to help those over 50 learn more about conserving and preserving our physical and financial well-being and to take advantage of special discounts and services available to us.

H.E.A.R.T. PROGRAM

The H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Educators Attack Cardiovascular Risk Factors Together) Program at St. Mary’s identifies risk factors for heart disease in third- through fifth-grade students in Cabell County.

Silver Sneakers offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health.

CABELL-WAYNE ASSOCIATION OF THE BLIND

CWAB will be seen nationally as a model for organizations and agencies that help blind and visually impaired persons achieve maximum independence. CWAB will be known for timely and appropriate state-of-the-art responses to the changing needs of consumers throughout the Tri-State area and beyond.
