Cheat Codes of Shooting™ 1 is our flagship pistol course and consistently earns high praise from students. This performance-driven class is built to help shooters at any level—from first-timers to seasoned gun owners—refine their marksmanship by focusing on the essential mechanics that drive accuracy and control.
Unlike traditional pistol classes, this course goes beyond just teaching how to shoot—we explain why today’s most effective shooting methods work. We distill insights gathered from training with over 100 elite firearms instructors into actionable techniques that give students a faster path to skill improvement.
The class covers foundational elements such as stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, and trigger mechanics, ensuring each student not only understands the concepts but can apply them confidently. Hands-on drills and performance-focused exercises reinforce the instruction, helping students turn theory into consistent, repeatable results on the range.

The class is designed for beginner to intermediate shooters who want to improve their overall pistol marksmanship skills.
Standard: $350
- Core skills refinement: stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger press, breathing, and follow-through
- Natural point of aim
- Sights aligned by feel
- Recoil management
- Center & combat holds
- Multiple target engagements
- Pistol of your choice. Make sure it is in good, working condition
- Outside the waistband or IWB holster and gun belt
- At least 3 magazines. (If you are shooting a 1911 platform bring extra magazines so you can shoot 30 rounds per relay, or you can keep ammo in your pocket and reload at the firing line as needed.)
- Magazine pouches so you can carry at least 2 extra magazines
- Roughly 400-500 rounds of your caliber ammunition
- Eye and ear protection
- Comfortable shoes. Most of the day we will be on our feet.
- Sunscreen, portable chair, and a hat (Optional, but we will spend all day in the sun.)
- Drinks, snacks, and food.
Students must know how to operate their pistol and safely manipulate their firearm. This is NOT a class for brand new shooters, i.e. the class is meant for beginner to advanced shooters.
Students must be at least 21 years old, or 18+ with a guardian, and due to the Department of State ITAR regulations, tactical training is only available to US Citizens/Legal Residents.
- Full refund: 61 or more days from the class
- Partial refund: Between 31 and 60 days from the class
- No refund: Within 30 days of the class
